I've also decided, to turn this into an Outfit Of The Week!

I tried putting what day of the week each was, below it, but my computer is very messed up & wouldn't let me.

Just know, that #1 is Monday & #5 is Friday. You should be able to figure the others out, right?

Blogger Interview - Olivia Foster!

Hello Girls! So, the other day, when I got on to my email, I saw an email from this girl named Olivia Foster. She was wanting me to do an Interview Swap with her! Before I explain what an interview swap is, I just want to say, I LOVE getting emails, so even if you just want to say Hi, feel free to email me at any time!

Okay, so an Interview Swap is simple.

Olivia picked 5 questions. She asked me them & she gave me her answers. Then, I picked 5 questions & did the same.

Here, I have her Answers & to see mine, you will need to go to her blog {ItsOliviaFoster}!

Let's get started!

Question One
Why did you start blogging? After sticking around the Internet for a while a soon realized that some of my favourite people have blogs! I started searching up blogs, and then clicking on tons of blog buttons and I decided that soon it was time for me to get my own one!

Question Two
Who are your top three bloggers to read and top three YouTubers to watch? My top three bloggers would have to be Danielle from Kanielemegumi, Zoe from Zoella and Charlotte from Sharlotte. For YouTubers I would pick Jackie from Jackie Wyres, Tyler from Tyler Oakley and Ingrid from MissGlamorazzi.

Question Three
Why is your blog name what it is right now? Well, I honestly couldn't think of a good blog name so I just used my full name instead to save me from the trouble!

Question Four
If you WiFi didn't exist what would you do? Errh, obviously try to be the first to invent WiFi!

Question Five
If your life was a movie, what movie would it be and why? It would probably be a comedy, I'm going to be real my life is hilarious! I have such good friends! We take pictures in class and then post them on Instagram we eat and drink in class when we aren't supposed to and we cheat sometimes in tests! WOW, I made myself sound like a great person! LOL!

Question Six
Who is you inspiration? I have so many for different reasons so I can't really name just one!

Question Seven
If you could go back in time to see your ancestors, or into the future, to see your grandchildren, which would you choose? I would see my ancestors because, if you wait, you will soon see your grandchildren, but you are almost never going back to the past!

Question Eight
Do you believe in supernatural creatures? I believe in aliens, I believe in ghosts, but I only believe ghosts as a kind spirit, not some one who will haunt you.

Question Nine
If you could date any person - dead or alive - who would it be? Uhm, I don't really know to be honest! I was never the child to have crushes and I still don'!

Question Ten
If you could shape-shift, who or what, would you become? I would want to become a swan, because it can fly and swim, so I could fly and see what it would be like and I could also swim underwater forever! That would be pretty awesome!

That's all! Thank you Olivia, for choosing me to do this with you! I had a lot of fun doing it, especially with coming up with my 5 questions!

Important Update!

Hello girls. I have something very important to tell all of you.

Today is my last day posting. For awhile.

Don't worry though, it's only temporary. Very soon, I will be getting a new design for my blog & I hope to be able to change the name.

I feel, that in order to do these things, I need to take a short break, otherwise it might get too hectic.

I hope, that none of you are made at me for doing what I have to do, but really I am only doing it for all of you, my followers, and my potential followers.

You can still always email & all of that good stuff, but I just won't be posting.

This will last about a month, but until then, I love you all!

Xoxo,
Macy

Permanent Fixtures: LilliesAndLipBalm | Guest Blogger

I have a special treat for you girls today! As you might've been able to tell, from the title, I have another guest blogger! Today, I have a beauty blogger, who goes by the screen-name lilliesandlipbalm. Her name is Melanie, her she is, with her permanent fixtures, or must-haves!

As a beauty blogger, I’m forever changing up my routines for my hair, skin and makeup – I just can’t resist trying out new releases, hyped-up products and special offers.  However, no matter how many products come and go through my routine, there are always a couple of pieces you’ll always find in my stash (and maybe a couple of back-ups).

Although it’s a bit of a boring subject, Mitchum Advanced Control anti perspirant is without a doubt the best in the business.  For years I just picked up whatever was on offer, regardless of its brand, formulation or form, but since trying this, nothing has come close.  It smells good but doesn’t overpower perfumes, it keeps me sweat free for hours under any circumstances, and it’s a bargain.  A definite must-have.

Oily hair requires a dry shampoo otherwise half of your life will be spent washing, drying and styling your Barnett.  Batiste has been my go-to brand of choice since beginning to use dry shampoos, and I still love it.  I’ve moved through the scents and am currently going for blush – a fruity, girly, floral scent.  The white cast is easy to disperse with a bit of rubbing and brushing, and it leaves my hair refreshed and smelling good.

Everyone loves a bit of Soap and Glory, and Hand Food is one of their best selling products.  It’s a sweet smelling hand cream that sinks into your skin quickly without leaving a horrid residue on your palms making it impossible to open jars for the rest of the day.  I love popping this on overnight to soften my hands and keep my nail beds in good condition.

Lately Effaclar Duo has become a bit of a hyped product in the blogosphere, and it’s no wonder.  La Roche Posay’s moisturising serum combats imperfections, rids the skin of blemishes and works towards reducing pore size.  It has made a huge difference to my acne-prone skin and if I ever stop using it for a few days I definitely notice my skin getting worse.

Makeup-wise, Seventeen’s Miracle Matte powder is my go-to for banishing shine from my oily skin and setting my base.  I always have at least three of these in my stash – one in my every-day makeup bag, one in my handbag and a back-up.  Applying this with the Real Techniques Powder Brush leaves a natural matte finish which isn’t too cakey.  The only other makeup products I’ve repurchased time and time again is L’Oreal Volume Million Lashes mascara.  After an initial recommendation from my mum, I’ve fallen in love with this little beauty, and no matter how many other mascaras find their way into my stash, I always find myself going back to this one!

I’d love to know what makeup products you swear by in the comments! Read my opinions on an endless amount of other beauty products on my blog (www.lilliesandlipbalm.blogspot.com) or tweet me @lillieslipbalm

Thank you Melanie, for starring as a guest on my blog, and be sure you check her blog out! If YOU would like to be a guest on my blog, please see my 'Guest Blogging' Page! I'm looking for a guest blogger, to do the 'I Love Spring Tag' with me on March 20th. Email me if interested!

7 Websites Every Girl Should Know About!

Hello Glam Girls! Today, I have put together a list of my top 7 websites, that I think every girl should know about! I'm not going to make a big long into, because I want to just get started! Enjoy!

Useful Websites

*In no particular order

{1} sammydress.com This has been one of my favorite websites for a long time. My mom actually introduced it to me! It's an online store. They have just about anything you can imagine, and the prices are great! I've seen on there, combat boots for $10. I looked up the brand, and they were originally $75! Such good deals!

{2} Polyvore.com This website, is actually what I use to make most of my pictures, such as the one above. If you actually click on this picture, it should take you to my profile. (If you click on any older pictures, you will get my 2nd account, that I use for a Facebook Page. I just recently made the account that I use for my blogs.)

{3} poshly.com This website is AMAZING! It's a website for giveaways. What you do, is make an account, and to enter in any of the giveaways, you simply click on the item, and answer a few questions. It's that easy! When you answer the questions, it helps poshly, to decide what items to giveaway! I actually almost won the Naked 3 Palette about a month ago.

{4} spotify.com (They also have an app) Spotify is so cool, because it's music & the music is free. Some sites out there, that let you listen to music for free, don't let you go back to a certain song, or pick the song you want to play, but with spotify you can! You can also create playlists! Be sure to follow me on there! My username is glamgirl029

{5} webmd.com this website is so cool, because it can give you a diagnosis. Just follow the instructions!

{6} supercook.com Type in the ingredients you have on hand, and it will give you a variety of recipes to use! Very helpful, if those groceries in your fridge are about to expire, and you don't have any idea what to make with them!
{7} slader.com This a good website for homework help. Find your textbook, and you can find your answers. Please don't use this to cheat. Only use it, to check your answers.

Another good school one, is quizlet.com

I hope these websites are as much help for you, as they are for me! Do you have any websites, that you would like to share with us girls? Just comment them below, or e-mail them to me, and I can make a part 2!

DIY Nail Polish: Steps

Please read all directions BEFORE attempting!

DIY Nail Polish: Steps

{1} Using your toothpick, scrape out your shadow, onto a paper plate.

{2} Break it up, into powder. Then, roll your paper plate into a funnel shape (you could use an actual funnel), pour the shadow into the clear nail polish.

{3} Stir the shadow around with the toothpick, until the shadow is fully dissolved, or overtaken, or whatever you want to call it.

Shake the nail polish, for better effect.

{4} For a less pigmented polish, use less shadow. For more pigmentation, use more shadow. Less = More Coats
More = Less Coats

You get the idea? Share how yours turned out with me!
